About the RoleSagify Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and learner-focused Corporate & Educational Trainer to join our team in Pune.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of students, faculty members, and professional audiences and should have strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

This role involves delivering and supporting Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Student Development Programs, corporate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other learning initiatives conducted by Sagify.

The role also involves travel to client institutions and training locations, so willingness to travel is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging training sessions for students, faculty members, educational institutions, and corporate audiences.
- Conduct and support Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Student Development Programs, workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- Facilitate interactive learning activities, discussions, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Prepare and adapt training content, presentations, activities, and session plans as required.
- Understand the audience's requirements and modify training delivery accordingly.
- Handle classroom and professional audiences confidently.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Travel to colleges, universities, corporate offices, and other client locations for training assignments.
- Collect participant feedback and support continuous improvement of training programs.
- Maintain professionalism and represent Sagify effectively during institutional and corporate engagements.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, AI tools, education, employability, and professional development.
- Support other training, academic, operational,



or business activities assigned by the management.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Confidence in addressing groups and interacting with senior faculty and professionals.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage different types of audiences.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required by training assignments.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment.
