Role Description The Corporate Gifting – General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuttack, responsible for leading and expanding Khimji Jewellers’ corporate gifting business. This role involves developing corporate gifting strategies, designing product bundles, and creating bespoke gifting solutions aligned with client needs and brand standards.

The General

Manager will identify and nurture corporate accounts, manage key relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams on pricing, inventory, packaging, and delivery timelines. Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales targets, monitoring market trends, optimizing operational processes,



and ensuring consistent service quality for corporate clients. The role also requires preparing performance reports, guiding a small team, and collaborating with marketing to drive campaigns and partnerships that strengthen the corporate gifting portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in corporate sales, business development, and key account management within gifting, luxury retail, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting for corporate gifting or B2B offerings.
- Skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to collaborate with merchandising, operations, and marketing teams to design and deliver customized gifting solutions.
- Experience in project management, process optimization, and overseeing order fulfillment and logistics.
- Comfort with using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM or sales management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Background in jewellery, luxury products, or premium gifting is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an added advantage
