About the Role

Internship Studio is looking for Business Development and Corporate Partnerships professional who can build robust relationships with senior industry leaders and drive strategic business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of experience, a well-established corporate network, and a proven track record of working with CXOs, CHROs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Heads.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CHROs, HR Leaders, TA Heads, and senior decision-makers.
- Leverage existing industry connections to create meaningful business opportunities.
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Lead senior-level meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business discussions.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Own the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop strategic accounts and build long-term client relationships.
- Generate referrals and introductions through existing industry relationships.
- Represent the company at conferences,



industry events, networking forums, and corporate meetings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and relationship management.

Candidate Profile

- 15–20 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Client Acquisition, Key Account Management, or Consulting.
- Strong and active network among corporate leaders and decision-makers.
- Proven experience in handling senior-level clients and enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of B2B business development and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently open doors, build trust, and convert relationships into business.
- Strong professional presence and credibility within the industry.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from HRTech, EdTech, Recruitment, Staffing, Consulting, SaaS, IT Services, Corporate Training, or other B2B sectors will be preferred
