We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Attorne to work on a contract basis. The role involves providing legal counsel to support business operations, compliance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on corporate governance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, and partnership contracts.
- Advise internal stakeholders on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential business transactions or investments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic and international legal developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, including contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of commercial law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
