Role Description As a member of the Core Team at Circl+, you will help design, build, and refine the foundational product, infrastructure, and experiences that power our Web4 social operating system. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and community stakeholders to define features, improve user journeys, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision of digital sovereignty and community governance. Day-to-day responsibilities may include researching user and community needs, contributing to product strategy, specifying and testing core functionalities, and iterating based on feedback and data.

You will also participate in cross-functional discussions on identity, reputation,



and contribution frameworks, and contribute to documentation and internal knowledge-sharing. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility in location while requiring solid communication, ownership, and collaboration in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in product strategy and development, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Background in digital platforms, social networks, web3/Web4, or decentralized technologies, with understanding of identity, reputation, and governance concepts.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to synthesize user insights, community feedback, and market trends into actionable decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in remote, distributed teams and contributing to clear documentation.
- Ability to think systemically about complex social and technical problems, and to design solutions that balance usability, transparency, and sovereignty.
- Demonstrated interest in digital society, community-building, open ecosystems, or participatory governance.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take ownership in a fast-evolving startup environment.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in fields such as product management, technology, social sciences, design, or related disciplines.
