About the Role

Pepper Content is looking for a Junior to Mid-Senior Copywriter to join our dedicated BFSI content studio in Mumbai. In this role, you'll create compelling, insight-driven content for one of India's leading financial services brands across digital, print, and campaign assets.

We're looking for someone who understands how to simplify financial concepts into engaging copy while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and brand tone. Along with campaign and social copy, you'll occasionally work on long-form blogs and thought leadership content.

This is a full-time, in office role where you'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and client stakeholders.

What You'll Own

- Write engaging copy for social media, digital campaigns, emailers, landing pages, banners, and website content.
- Develop campaign messaging for BFSI products including banking, investments, insurance, credit cards, and loans.
- Write and edit blogs, articles, and SEO-friendly long-form content whenever required.
- Adapt content across multiple formats while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to translate creative briefs into high-quality content.




- Ensure all copy is grammatically accurate, brand-compliant, and ready for publishing.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and client stakeholders within defined timelines.

Who You Are

- 2–5 years of experience in copywriting or content writing.
- Prior experience writing for BFSI, fintech, banking, insurance, or financial services brands is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial topics into clear, consumer-friendly content.
- Comfortable switching between short-form marketing copy and long-form editorial content.
- Familiarity with SEO writing and blog best practices is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with agencies or in-house marketing teams serving BFSI clients.
- A portfolio showcasing campaign copy, social media content, emailers, landing pages, and blogs.
