About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Storage Architect with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise storage solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. The role focuses on Storage Architecture, SAN/NAS, disaster recovery, storage migration, capacity planning, and performance optimization, with experience across leading enterprise storage platforms.

The role involves designing enterprise storage architectures and developing HLDs, LLDs, architecture documents, and implementation plans based on business requirements. The candidate will evaluate storage technologies, lead modernization and migration initiatives, and design SAN, NAS, object storage, replication, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

The position requires collaboration with infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, database, and security teams to establish secure and scalable storage environments. The candidate will also support technical governance, POCs, customer discussions, automation, and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise storage architectures for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Create HLDs, LLDs, architecture documents, and implementation plans.
- Evaluate and recommend storage technologies and platforms based on business requirements.
- Design SAN, NAS, object storage, replication, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Lead storage modernization, consolidation, migration, and transformation initiatives.
- Perform capacity planning, storage forecasting, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Define storage security, compliance, data protection, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, database, and security teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical governance discussions.
- Support POCs,



solution presentations, technical workshops, and customer engagements.
- Develop storage automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Shell scripting.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and support teams.

The candidate should have strong architecture, technical governance, capacity planning, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience leading enterprise storage initiatives.
