Key Responsibilities
Procurement Services Support: Role 1: Scheduling Agreements and PFEP Analyst (FTE)
Role Summary:
Review legacy Interiors Supply Chain contracts and create SAP ready load files for hRC and hUTAS systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Review legacy load files, meet with Contract Managers, and develop SAP ready load files, coordinate validation
- Create load files from long term quotes, pricing agreements, or legal contracts
- Drive load file progress through completion
- Prepare executive level PowerPoint updates
- Manage tasks and timelines with urgency/ accuracy
Work Experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- BE degree with 4+ years supply chain and/or sourcing experience
- Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, charting)
- Strong PowerPoint skills; able to create executive ready content
- Hands-on SAP Scheduling Agreement Experience
- Solid research, and communication skills
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to act with urgency
- Expert level of Legal technical English skills
- Communicate with suppliers, track, and report weekly progress.
