We're looking for someone who understands ideas, opinions, storytelling, internet culture, and what makes people stop scrolling.

About The Growth Square

We build personal brands for founders and senior leaders. We've worked with 300+ founders and executives and generated 500M+ views across LinkedIn and Twitter.

The Role

You'll research and write Twitter content for founders, including:

- Tweets and threads
- Founder stories
- Contrarian opinions
- Business and market insights
- Trends and commentary
- Personal perspectives

You'll take podcasts, interviews, voice notes, conversations, and random founder thoughts and turn them into sharp, original content that actually sounds like the person.

What you'll do

40% Research | 40% Writing | 20% Editing

You'll study what's working on Twitter,



find interesting ideas, write strong hooks, build threads, develop opinions, and rewrite based on feedback.

We're looking for someone who

- Actually spends time on Twitter
- Understands why content spreads
- Can write clearly and concisely
- Has opinions and knows how to express them
- Understands storytelling and internet culture
- Can capture someone's voice
- Takes feedback well
- Doesn't need to be micromanaged

Bonus: You've grown an account, written threads, or obsessively saved outstanding tweets.

Don't apply if

You write generic motivational content, hate research, need someone to give you every idea, take edits personally, or use AI to do your thinking.
