About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, trend-savvy Content Strategy Executive to drive the ideation, scripting, and execution of marketing content that resonates with our audience. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to turn ideas into content that hooks, engages, and converts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Ideation – Brainstorm and develop fresh, platform-native content ideas for marketing campaigns across social media and other channels.
- Script Writing – Write compelling, concise scripts for reels, ads, and other video/audio content that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Creative Team Coordination – Work closely with designers, video editors, and the broader creative team to ensure smooth execution of content from concept to final output.
- Trend & Hook Research – Continuously track social media trends, viral formats, and catchy hooks; translate insights into actionable content ideas ahead of the curve.




- Performance Awareness – Monitor how published content performs and iterate on ideation/scripting approach based on learnings.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, social media marketing, or scriptwriting (agency or D2C/consumer app background preferred).
- Solid understanding of Indian social media trends, especially Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts formats.
- Excellent writing skills in Hindi-English (Hinglish) — should be comfortable ideating and writing for a Hindi-speaking, Tier 2–4 audience.
- A sharp eye for what makes content "hook" viewers in the first 3 seconds.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design/video teams and manage multiple content pieces simultaneously.
- Bonus: prior experience in gaming, social, or dating/audio-social apps.
