Role Description The Content & Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, creation, and production of editorial and multimedia content for Machine Maker’s print and digital platforms. This full time, on-site role based in Pune involves managing content calendars, coordinating with writers, editors, designers, and video teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality stories and features. The individual will supervise production workflows, review and approve content, maintain brand voice and quality standards,



and optimize content for audience engagement.

The role also includes collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, reporting on content performance, and continuously refining processes to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong content management skills, including planning, commissioning, and overseeing editorial and multimedia content.
- Experience in production coordination for print and digital formats, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Proficiency in editorial processes such as writing, editing, and reviewing, with attention to quality and consistency.
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools, content management systems, and basic analytics for measuring content performance.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Background in media, journalism, communications, or related field; experience in manufacturing or B2B sectors is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Pune, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
