Position: Content Moderator
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 0–12 Months / Freshers can apply
Qualification: Graduate
Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated or AI generated content across images, videos, audio and text.
- Identify content that violates platform policies and community guidelines.
- Take appropriate action based on defined moderation policies and SOPs.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
- Stay updated with changes in content policies and moderation guidelines.
- Handle sensitive content professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.
Preferred
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
- Prior experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety will be an added advantage.
