Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Gurugram.

The Content

Creator will ideate, plan, and produce engaging content in various formats, such as social media posts, short-form videos, carousels, and long-form written pieces aligned with client branding strategies.

Responsibilities include collaborating with strategists and designers, adapting content to different platforms, and maintaining a consistent tone and narrative for each client. The role involves researching industry trends, preparing content calendars, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and reviewing performance metrics to refine future content.

The Content

Creator will also participate in brainstorming sessions,



support PR and digital campaigns, and ensure timely delivery of all assets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content creation across formats (social media, video scripts, blogs, newsletters) and the ability to adapt style and tone for different personal brands.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X) and an understanding of best practices for engagement and growth.
- Ability to translate brand positioning and storytelling into clear, persuasive narratives that support personal branding goals.
- Comfort with basic content planning tools (content calendars, collaboration platforms) and familiarity with analytics for tracking content performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and strong grammar.
- Creative mindset, solid sense of visual and narrative aesthetics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in personal branding, digital marketing agencies, or content roles for founders and business leaders is an advantage.
