Role Description This is a full time, on-site Content Creator & Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and producing engaging content about property solutions, investment insights, and client success stories for digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include scripting, filming, and editing video content, as well as creating short-form reels, walkthroughs, and explainer videos tailored to social media and other marketing channels.

The Content





Creator & Video Editor collaborates with the marketing and sales teams to align content with brand strategy, optimize videos for reach and engagement, and maintain a consistent visual and narrative style. The role also includes managing media assets, staying updated on content trends, and tracking performance metrics to refine future content.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Good command of VN & CapCut
- Basic usage of Premiere Pro, After Effects & DaVinci Resolve
- Good understanding of Subtitles & Captions
- Professional Video Editing Skills
- Ability to Understand and Follow References
- Strong on Camera Presence and Script/ Story telling
- Thumbnail Editor
- AI tools utilitization Like Highsfield & Sedance 2.0
- Proficiency in basic graphic design or motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva) to enhance video and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing fundamentals, and content optimization for engagement and reach.
- Capability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in real estate, lifestyle, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Graduate or Relevant education in media, communications, design, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
