About the Role
We're looking for a Content Lead & YouTube Host to be the face and voice of Arjuna Space AI India's content strategy. You'll drive our video content from concept to camera to publish — hosting our YouTube channel while also leading the broader content strategy across platforms. This is a hybrid creative-and-leadership role: part on-camera talent, part editorial strategist.
What You'll Do
- Host, script, and present video content for our YouTube channel, building a consistent on-camera presence for the brand
- Own the end-to-end content calendar and strategy across YouTube and other channels
- Collaborate with the founders/technical team to translate complex space/AI concepts into engaging, accessible content
- Manage pre-production (scripting, research, guest coordination) and work with editors on post-production
- Track channel performance (views, retention, subscriber growth) and iterate on format and topics based on data
- Build relationships with collaborators, guests, and potentially other creators in the space/AI ecosystem
