We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the card payments space to join our Consulting Services practice. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex card payment and ATM/Switch solutions. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation, ensuring that enhancements and integrations align with our overall strategic goals.Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Actively engage with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to elicit, define, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements (BRDs/FRDs).

Solution Design: Collaborate with Build teams to ensure design specifications are clearly understood and executed. Provide guidance on card management systems, authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.

Domain Expertise: Provide expert-level support on card payment lifecycle, including issuing, acquiring, tokenization,



disputes, and chargebacks.

Technical Implementation: Work closely with the Test Center of Excellence (TCOE) to ensure correct testing is performed, guaranteeing efficient and defect-free delivery.

Governance & Documentation: Follow established governance processes for new requirements. Maintain clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, and impact analysis.

Stakeholder Management: Support project teams by participating in Presales discussions, mentoring junior business analysts, and ensuring the core integrity of solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis within the Banking & Financial Services domain.

Core Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Card Management Systems (CMS), Card Authorization, ATM Switch functionality, and Payment Gateways.
