Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Software Testing Engineer with expertise in Web automation using Selenium and Python, along with experience in the Robot Framework and Playwright. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, with secondary skills in AI/ML technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our web applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Python, and Robot Framework.
- Implement and execute test cases for web applications using Playwright.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and create effective test strategies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Utilize AI/ML techniques to enhance testing processes and improve test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test automation best practices.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results for future reference.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficient in Python programming (deal breaker skill).
- Strong experience with Selenium for web automation.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
- Familiarity with Playwright for web testing.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in software testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
