Key Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Strategy Lead the configuration and deployment of lending products within the Thought Machine ecosystem. Design and oversee the development of Smart Contracts to support sophisticated lending logic (origination, servicing, and interest calculations).

Solution Architecture Translate business lending requirements into scalable, cloud-native architectural designs. Advise clients on integrating Thought Machine with existing banking ecosystems, including credit decisioning engines, payment gateways, and CRM systems via API-first architectures.

Product Modernization Spearhead the migration of legacy lending portfolios to modern, real-time banking stacks. Ensure the modernization strategy accounts for data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity.

Stakeholder Leadership Serve as the primary trusted advisor to client stakeholders (Product Owners, CTOs, Risk Managers). Facilitate design workshops and steer governance meetings to ensure project alignment with business and technical objectives.Agile Transformation Mentor and lead agile delivery teams in managing complex backlogs, refining user stories, and maintaining high standards for technical documentation, testing (SIT/UAT),



and release management.

Thought Leadership Contribute to practice-level assets, including white papers, solution accelerators, and point-of-view documents on modern lending and core banking trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience 5-7 years of experience in Retail Banking consulting or FinTech, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Thought Machine (Vault Core) configuration and implementation.

Domain Expertise Comprehensive understanding of the Retail Lending lifecycle (Origination, Underwriting, Servicing, Collections, and Disclosures) and global lending regulations (e.g., Fair Lending, Basel norms).In-depth knowledge of Smart Contract configuration (or comparable product-building experience in core banking platforms).

Proficiency in cloud-native banking architectures, API-led integration patterns, and microservices.

Strong background in SQL, data modeling, and handling complex financial data sets.

Consulting Soft Skills Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional global teams, and translate complex technical concepts into explicit business strategies.
