Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Assistant Counsellor with 1–2 years of experience in a school or educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries and guide students on suitable courses and career options.

Explain course details, fees, career pathways, and placement support.

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.

Maintain lead/CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Support admissions, enrolment, and fee-payment processes.

Assist with school/college seminars, outreach activities, and promotional events.

Support enrolled students with routine queries and coordinate with relevant teams.

Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of student information.





Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in school counselling, student counselling, or an educational setting.

Good knowledge of student counselling and career guidance.

Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid counselling and listening abilities.

Valuable follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM/Google Sheets and MS Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
