Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration with various teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Oversee the implementation process to ensure alignment with project goals and standards.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment models related to contact center solutions.
Robust understanding of application design principles and software configuration management.
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
Familiarity with integration of contact center platforms with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
