Job Description
Role Summary
Manage day-to-day accounting and inventory operations for a rooftop solar EPC company.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP — sales, purchase, and journal entries
Handle GST and TDS compliance, filing, and reconciliation
Manage vendor and customer ledgers, payments, and bank reconciliation
Track solar equipment inventory (panels, inverters, structures, BOS items) — inward/outward entries, stock reconciliation
Coordinate with site/procurement teams for material issue and consumption tracking
Prepare MIS reports: cash flow, stock statements, payment status
Maintain invoicing, e-way bills, and documentation for material dispatch
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting
1–3 years' experience in accounts, preferably with inventory handling
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, GST/TDS filing
Experience in EPC, construction, or manufacturing sector inventory preferred
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan
