Deploy, configure, and maintain Gateway and Service Mesh components across cloud environments.
Manage AWS infrastructure including ALB, WAF, API Gateway/Gateway services, and related networking components.
Manage Kubernetes (K8s) settings with focus on autoscaling, reliability, and workload optimization.
Drive Go/No-Go meetings on a bi-weekly basis for releases and operational readiness.
Perform performance, stability, scalability, and capacity testing for traffic systems.
Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and provide recommendations to improve system reliability and resilience.
Participate in Identity Failover activities to validate traffic routing and system resilience.
Monitor system health, traffic patterns, resource utilization, and application performance.
Create, tune, and improve alerts using Splunk, Wavefront, Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty.
Automate alerting, deployment, release, and day-to-day operational processes.




Identify and automate repetitive manual operational tasks to improve efficiency.
Perform troubleshooting and data collection including thread dumps, heap dumps, packet captures, and usage/performance data.
Analyze operational data from Splunk, Wavefront, and ODL to identify performance and reliability issues.
Participate in CG/SBSEG load-testing activities and support traffic-system performance validation.
Drive RTB (Run-the-Business) programs with traffic customers and support customer-facing operational activities.
Support infrastructure technology mandates including platform upgrades, certificate renewals, security remediation, and security Jira items.
Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and customer teams to resolve production issues.
Define and implement improvements for system stability, performance, capacity, observability, and operational readiness.
