Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor inventory across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate and timely stock updates across all sales channels.
Monitor daily stock levels, inward, outward, returns, and damaged inventory.
Reconcile physical stock with system and marketplace inventory.
Track inventory movement against online orders and shipments.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, operations, and e-commerce teams.
Identify and resolve stock mismatches, overselling, shortages, and inventory errors.
Maintain SKU-wise inventory records and ensure correct SKU mapping.
Monitor marketplace inventory and prevent stock-outs or excess inventory.
Handle inventory adjustments, stock transfers, returns, and cancellations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts.
Analyze inventory data and provide reports on fast-moving and slow-moving products.
Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions and audits.
Support inventory planning based on sales trends and upcoming requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce inventory management.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces and inventory management systems.
Strong knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS.
Experience with ERP/WMS or e-commerce inventory software.
Positive understanding of SKU management, stock reconciliation, returns, and order processing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred
Experience in an e-commerce warehouse or D2C workplace.
Experience handling high-volume inventory and multiple sales channels.
Knowledge of marketplace seller panels and inventory synchronization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily operational targets.
