We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper & E-commerce Executive to manage inventory, handle order processing, and oversee online sales operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and be able to efficiently manage stock levels while ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:Store Keeping Duties:
Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming products systematically.
Keep track of stock movements, damages, and returns.
Maintain accurate records of stock, invoices, and purchase orders.
Ensure proper storage conditions and cleanliness of the warehouse/store.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

E-commerce Handling Duties:
Manage online store listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing updates.




Process online orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch.
Handle customer queries related to orders, returns, and refunds.
Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to improve online sales.
Ensure timely restocking of quick-selling products.
Coordinate with marketing teams to run online promotions and offers.

Requirements:
Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or e-commerce operations.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
Familiarity with basic accounting and billing processes.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle workload efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
