We are looking for an experienced and mature Operations Head to join our company and take responsibility for managing and overseeing our overall business operations. We are looking for a senior and experienced qualified with robust leadership qualities, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage people and operations independently.

Experience: 15–25+ years

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Manage production, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and distribution activities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with government authorities, vendors, suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Lead and manage operational teams effectively.
Monitor operational costs and improve efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement effective operational processes and systems.
Handle operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Support the management in achieving business and operational objectives.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
