Key Responsibilities
Review medical records and apply accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and documentation standards
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information
Assist senior coders in resolving coding-related queries
Update knowledge of latest medical coding rules and regulations
Perform quality checks on assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
B.Pharma or M.Pharma (Preferred)
CPC Certified candidates — freshers can also apply
Positive communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Robust attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently and within a team
Basic computer skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
