About the Role:

We are looking for MBBS Graduates to join a healthcare team in roles focused on Clinical Audit, Electronic Health Record (EHR) Review, and Medical Coding. The role involves reviewing clinical documentation, validating diagnoses, and supporting accurate medical records and insurance claim processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical audits of patients’ Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Evaluate existing and missing clinical conditions and documentation.

Coordinate with physicians/clinical teams to clarify missing documentation and final diagnoses.

Interpret medical diagnoses and assign appropriate ICD-10 codes.

Review clinical documentation to identify gaps and inconsistencies.

Support accurate medical documentation for insurance claim submission.

Maintain quality and compliance standards while reviewing patient records.

Ensure timely completion of assigned clinical audit and coding activities.

Eligibility:

MBBS Graduates from a recognized medical institution.

Freshers can apply.





Robust understanding of medical terminology, clinical concepts, and documentation.

Positive analytical and communication skills.

Ability to interpret medical records and clinical information.

Additional Qualifications – Advantage

Candidates with any of the following may have an advantage and could influence the CTC:

MPH – Master of Public Health

MHM – Master of Hospital Management

USMLE

CCS (Certified Coding Specialist)

FMGE License: Not mandatory, as mentioned in the recruitment post.
