Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to generate current business, meet potential customers, promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate sales.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Explain products/services to customers and understand their requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
Ensure timely follow-up where applicable.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in sales or field sales; freshers can also apply.
Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
