Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct consultations.
Understand students' academic background, interests, career goals, and study-abroad plans.
Provide initial guidance on suitable countries, courses, universities, and intakes.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain proper lead records.
Conduct counselling sessions and assist in converting genuine enquiries into applications.
Coordinate with the documentation and application team for student processing.
Stay updated on university courses, intakes, admission requirements, and study-abroad processes.
Maintain skilled communication and build solid relationships with students and parents.
Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.
