Handle export enquiries, quotations, orders, and overseas customer communication.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and freight forwarders for timely shipments.
Manage export documentation and order follow-ups.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order status.
Handle existing international clients and support current business development.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in export sales/coordination, preferably in Brass or engineering components. Positive English communication, email drafting, MS Excel, and export documentation knowledge required.
