Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Professor – Management to join our faculty team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Management subjects, mentoring students, conducting academic activities, and supporting the overall development of the department.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures for Management and Business-related subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and course materials.
Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and student evaluations.
Guide students in academic projects, presentations, case studies, and research work.
Maintain student attendance and academic records.
Provide academic and career guidance to students.
Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and departmental activities.
Contribute to research, publications, and other academic initiatives.
Participate in curriculum development and departmental planning.




Coordinate with the HOD and faculty members for effective academic functioning.

Eligibility & Requirements
MBA / Master’s Degree in Management or relevant specialization – Mandatory.
UGC-NET Qualified – Mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Teaching experience will be an added advantage.
Solid knowledge of Management concepts and current industry practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Candidates with research publications, Ph.D. enrollment, or relevant industry experience will be preferred.
