We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Executive / Outbound Process for our AUS shift.
Shift Timing:
6:30 AM – 3 :00 AM (Monday to Friday) Saturday HALF DAY
Location:
Kolkata (Work from Office)
Job Responsibilities:
Handling outbound/inbound calls with customers
Providing accurate information and resolving queries
Maintaining professionalism and quality communication
Achieving daily/weekly targets
Salary:
Salary will be offered based on experience and performance
Extra benefits:
Travel allowance will be provided or Cab facilities available
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in BPO/International process is a plus
