Employment Requirements – Site Supervisor (Civil)
Education & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
ITI Civil candidates with solid experience may also be considered.
Knowledge of construction drawings, site execution standards, and measurement techniques.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil site supervision.
Hands-on experience in building projects, industrial construction, roads, or related civil works.
Experience in managing labor, contractors, and daily site activities.
Technical Skills
Ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings.
Knowledge of concrete work, shuttering, steel reinforcement, masonry, plastering, finishing, and site QA/QC.
Understanding of safety standards and site compliance.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, measurement sheets, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and BOQ concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day civil activities at the site.
Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain site records,



material consumption sheets, and DPR.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
Maintain site safety and housekeeping.
Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.

Additional Requirements
Two professional references (mandatory).
Ability to travel to multiple sites if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
