Wash, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, stewarding, restaurant, banquet, and back-of-house areas.
Operate dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment safely and efficiently.
Dispose of food waste, garbage, and recyclables according to hotel hygiene and waste-management procedures.
Clean and sanitize floors, drains, counters, workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
Ensure an adequate supply of clean crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils during service.
Assist with setting up and clearing banquet or event equipment when required.
Report broken equipment, shortages, spills, safety hazards, and maintenance issues to the Stewarding Supervisor.
Follow food safety, sanitation, health and safety, and hotel hygiene standards at all times.
Store cleaning chemicals safely and use them according to instructions.
Assist kitchen and F&B; teams with general cleaning and operational support as needed.
Maintain a skilled appearance and work cooperatively with colleagues.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
