Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision: Monitor and guide nursing students or current staff during hospital floor duties.
Training and Education: Conduct hospital orientation programs, in-service education, and specialized clinical training.
Competency Assessment: Evaluate clinical skills, perform nursing audits, and identify gaps in staff performance.
Theory-Practice Integration: Help learners connect classroom knowledge to real-world bedside scenarios.
Collaboration: Work with unit managers and healthcare teams to uphold hospital quality and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
or Master of Science in Nursing (MSc Nursing).
Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or relevant medical certification.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of practical clinical or teaching experience.
Soft Skills: Solid communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
