We are looking for highly motivated Sales Specialists who can convert inbound Meta (Facebook & Instagram) leads into paid enrollments for our online CAT coaching programs. The role involves counseling students, understanding their MBA aspirations, and guiding them toward the right course offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Contact fresh Meta leads (Facebook & Instagram) within 5–10 minutes
Counsel students about: -
CAT exam preparation strategy
Course offerings, batches, and pricing
Demo classes and free trials
Convert warm and high-intent leads into paid enrollments
Handle objections related to:
Fees
Time commitment
Comparison with competitors
Maintain follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion targets
Update lead status and notes accurately in CRM
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for feedback on lead quality

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
