We are seeking a detail-oriented operation team leader to lead our operation team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our cinema multiplex. In this role, the team leader supervises the functions of the department employees, facilities, operations, and cost on a day-to-day basis. Monitors and controls, on an ongoing basis, quality levels of product and service; operating costs of the cinema; merchandising and marketing of all promotional activities / movie publicity in the unit Check for staff grooming/discipline. To introduce recent ways and means to minimize transaction time at the box office and at the refuel station. Oversees the services of the cinema from the box office to refueling and cleaning to ensure the highest standards and quality services at all times.

Pay: ₹290,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
