Experience: 3–5 years in jewellery retail/showroom sales
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise showroom floor activities.
Guide and monitor sales executives.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain staff discipline, grooming and product knowledge.
Ensure proper jewellery display and adherence to company SOPs.
Coordinate with Branch Manager and other departments.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
