Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster qualified growth and skill development.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to effectively manage project workflows.
Experience in coordinating cross-team collaboration and managing project timelines within agile environments.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
Skilled in using project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and report status updates.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
