Performance Marketer

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
Run campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Track leads, conversions, and overall campaign ROI.
Conduct audience and keyword research.
Prepare performance reports and analyze campaign data.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad requirements.
Stay updated with digital advertising trends and best practices.

Skills:
Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in performance marketing is preferred.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good analytical and campaign optimization skills.
Experience in lead generation and conversion tracking.
