Job Overview
We are seeking a B2B Lead Generation Specialist who can build prospect databases, conduct effective outbound campaigns, and convert cold prospects into qualified business opportunities and meetings.
Responsibilities
Find and research ideal customer profiles and relevant businesses.
Identify key decision-makers through LinkedIn and Apollo.
Create and manage prospect databases.
Conduct personalized cold email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.
Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach messages and accelerate prospect research.
Manage daily outreach and follow-up activities.
Engage with prospects and understand their business requirements.
Qualify interested prospects and generate sales-ready leads.
Book meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Monitor campaign metrics such as response rate, meetings booked, and lead conversion.
Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of relevant lead generation/outreach experience required.
Practical experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of cold emailing and WhatsApp marketing.
Valuable understanding of B2B prospecting.
Experience using AI tools for lead research and outreach is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Robust follow-up, research, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
