About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and creating positive customer

experiences.

As a Customer Success Executive, you'll connect with customers after they purchase from us,

understand their experience, resolve concerns wherever possible, and help strengthen

long-term customer relationships.

You'll primarily interact with existing customers and contribute directly to our customer

experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

● Contact existing customers after purchase

● Build robust customer relationships

● Understand customer experience

● Resolve or escalate customer concerns

● Maintain CRM records

● Coordinate with internal teams

● Share customer feedback

● Achieve monthly customer engagement targets

Requirements

● Graduate in any discipline

● 1–2 years in Customer Service, Telecalling, Customer Success or BPO

● Good spoken Hindi

● Positive spoken English





● Comfortable with outbound customer calls

● Basic Excel knowledge

● Positive attitude

● Willingness to learn
