Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly trustworthy professional to independently manage the Accounts, Finance, Family Office and Administration functions. The role requires solid expertise in financial management, taxation, compliance, banking, investments, MIS and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall accounts, finance and financial reporting.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits and statutory compliance.
Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, banking and fund transfers.
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for promoters/directors.
Manage family office accounts, investments, assets and financial records.
Track investments, maturity dates, insurance, properties and financial commitments.
Coordinate with CAs, auditors, banks, wealth managers,



lawyers and consultants.
Oversee office administration, vendors, contracts, renewals and support staff.
Maintain strong financial controls, documentation and strict confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements
10+ years of relevant Accounts/Finance/Family Office experience.
CA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
Robust knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
Experience working with promoters/senior management preferred.
Exposure to family offices, investments and property administration is an advantage.
Strong Excel, MIS and accounting/ERP software knowledge.
Highly trustworthy, organised, proactive and capable of independently handling confidential financial matters.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
