Diploma or certificate in CSSD Technology, Sterilization Technology, or Operation Theatre Technology.
1–3 years of CSSD experience preferred.
Knowledge of infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
Experience with autoclaves and instrument reprocessing.
Understanding of standards such as NABH requirements (in India) or equivalent healthcare standards.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
