Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA QC Engineer (Civil) responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control across all stages of construction. The role involves monitoring material testing, site execution quality, and compliance with design specifications, IS standards, and project requirements to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) across all stages of construction
Oversee testing of construction materials such as concrete, steel, aggregates, and other materials
Monitor slab casting activities and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
Inspect and review Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) quality at site and batching plants
Conduct quality checks for residential and high-rise commercial building projects
Ensure familiarity and compliance with testing procedures, methods, and frequency as per IS codes
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists
Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure quality compliance
Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions
Assist in third-party inspections and audit preparations.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC,



preferably in infrastructure or large construction projects
Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering (Required).
Solid understanding of slab casting, RMC quality checks, and construction testing parameters
Knowledge of construction materials and their behaviour in structural and finishing works
Positive communication skills to interact with clients, consultants, and contractors
Experience in high-rise commercial building projects is an added advantage
Ability to prepare detailed QA/QC reports and presentations
Robust knowledge of quality control techniques and construction parameters for high-rise structures.
