We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising store staff, and ensuring smooth operational processes to meet business goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
Perform regular stock audits to ensure product availability and minimize discrepancies.
Oversee stock replenishment and order recent inventory as needed.
Staff Supervision:
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure optimal performance.
Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure store objectives are met.
Handle staff schedules, attendance, and shift changes.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers.
Oversee product displays and promotions to boost sales.
Health & Safety Compliance:




Ensure the store follows all safety regulations and procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of safety checks and emergency protocols.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and maintain store-related reports, including stock levels, sales reports, and staff attendance records.
Manage store expenses and ensure budget adherence.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
