Key Responsibilities
Retailer Onboarding: Visit a minimum of 30 retail chemist/medicine stores daily to pitch, onboard, and register them on the B2B e-commerce platform.
Order Generation: Assist retailers in placing daily orders for medicines and healthcare products directly through the mobile application.
Revenue Target: Drive business growth to achieve an incremental month-on-month sales increase of at least ₹5 Lakhs.
Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with local medicine retailers, educate them on app features/offers, and ensure regular repeat orders.
Territory Coverage: Map and systematically visit all potential medicine shops within the assigned geographical beat.

Requirements & Qualifications




Minimum 1 year of proven experience in retail field sales, merchant onboarding, or store visit roles (experience in Pharma, FMCG, or B2B E-commerce is a plus).
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven mindset with a transparent focus on monthly revenue goals.
Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily field visits.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
