1.Strong understanding of machining industry processes and manufacturing operations.

Working knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PPC).

2.Practical exposure to NPD and production coordination.

3.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

4.Ability to identify discrepancies through data and report analysis.

5.Robust understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action methodologies.

6.Valuable communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

7.Robust MS Excel and report preparation skills.

8.Ability to prepare management-level MIS and presentations.

9.Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.

10.Ability to work independently, interact with shop-floor teams and drive action closure.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.

Requirement:
Immediate Joining /15 days of Notice period.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
