Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding products, orders, and complaints
Resolve customer queries related to healthcare products in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Meet daily/weekly call handling and resolution targets
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
