Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and performance appraisals.
Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Post job openings on relevant platforms and assist in screening resumes.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
Support onboarding processes, including preparing induction materials and assisting with orientation sessions.
Employee Engagement:
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in collecting feedback through surveys and preparing reports.
Payroll and Attendance:
Monitor and maintain attendance records.
Support payroll processes by ensuring timesheets and attendance data are accurate.
Policy and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
Assist in implementing workplace safety and compliance measures.
Support for Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
General HR Assistance:
Address employee queries and provide necessary guidance or escalate issues when required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
Skills
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions
Office-based role with occasional fieldwork, if necessary.
